iTAG Wiki
Welcome to the International Tomato Annotation Group (ITAG) wiki, part of the International Solanaceae Genomics (SOL) Project. ITAG is the group of people and organizations working together to produce a uniform, high-quality annotation of the tomato genome. Currently, the primary function of the ITAG is to construct and maintain a distributed pipeline for annotating tomato BAC and pseudomolecule/chromosome sequences. This wiki serves as the primary hub of documentation for the ongoing development of the distributed annotation pipeline.
For an overview of what the pipeline actually is and how it works, see PipelineGeneral.
For a list of ITAG project participants, see AboutItag.
ITAG meeting minutes are kept on the MeetingMinutes page.
